Jakarta, August 2026 — BSC Indonesia announces an important licensing update for businesses using or considering Sage 300. Sage has announced that the perpetual licensing model (one-time purchase) will only be available until 30 September 2026.

Starting 1 October 2026, new Sage 300 licenses will be offered under a subscription model, meaning customers will purchase the software through an ongoing subscription rather than a perpetual license.

Sage 300 currently supports both perpetual and subscription licensing structures, with perpetual licenses allowing customers to use the software on an ongoing basis, subject to the applicable maintenance and support terms.

The Final Opportunity to Purchase Sage 300 Perpetually

For businesses that prefer the traditional buy-once, perpetual licensing model, the deadline is approaching.

According to Sage’s Q4 FY26 partner communication, the option for perpetual licensing in Asia will end on 1 October 2026. Customers specifically looking for perpetual licensing should therefore take advantage of this final opportunity before the end of September.
