Eurofragance Indonesia Strengthens Team Collaboration Through DISC-Based Team Building with BSC Indonesia

Jakarta, February 9, 2026 – Eurofragance Indonesia partnered with BSC Indonesia to conduct a Team Building program centered on the DISC Personality Assessment at Pullman Hotel Jakarta Thamrin CBD. The program was designed to help employees better understand their own personalities and those of their colleagues, while enhancing communication, collaboration, and teamwork in the workplace.

The event was facilitated by Erwin Soehendra, CEO of BSC Indonesia, who delivered an engaging and interactive session on the DISC framework and its practical application in professional settings. Through comprehensive discussions, participants explored the four primary DISC personality styles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C), and learned how these traits influence communication styles, decision-making processes, and workplace interactions.

During the session, participants were guided through identifying their own DISC profiles and understanding how to recognize the personality characteristics of others. This knowledge serves as a valuable foundation for building stronger working relationships, reducing potential misunderstandings, and improving team performance through more effective communication approaches tailored to individual personalities.

To reinforce the learning experience, participants were divided into groups based on their dominant DISC personality type. Each group was then presented with a case study challenge: designing a company outing program. Working together, participants were tasked with developing the event concept, planning the activities, and presenting their proposals to the rest of the participants.

This exercise provided a hands-on opportunity for participants to experience how different personality types contribute to problem-solving and decision-making. The diverse perspectives, priorities, and approaches demonstrated throughout the discussions highlighted the importance of embracing personality differences within a team environment.

During the closing session, Erwin Soehendra emphasized that no personality type is inherently better or worse than another. Each individual possesses unique strengths and challenges that can complement one another when properly understood and managed.

Through this team-building initiative, Eurofragance Indonesia aims to help employees gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their colleagues, recognize that every individual has a unique communication style and way of working, and foster stronger, more productive workplace relationships. By understanding and appreciating these differences, participants are expected to interact with others more effectively and create a more collaborative and supportive work environment.

This Team Building program reflects Eurofragance Indonesia’s commitment to developing its people, strengthening teamwork, and cultivating an inclusive workplace culture through a greater understanding of individual differences and personality diversity.
