Inventory Management:

Batch/Serial Numbering:

- Provides Batch/Serial Number history for full trace ability.
- Includes Date Expired and Date In to help make suggestion the item that should be processed.
Warehouse Management:
- Granular user-defined locations, up to 7 levels.
- Create a rule for items inside a specific locations, for example, not for sale, pending, etc.
- Calculation for maximum number of items that can be stored in specific location in volume or weight.
- Assigning and restricting items to be/not to be stored into a specific locations.
Manufacturing Order: Organize work orders and allow more efficient integration to the shop floor
Manufacturing order efficiently organize and processes work orders. Standard functionalities to maintain manufacturing orders are provided, such as:
- Creating a new order
- Editing the order
- Assigning item into the order
- Changing order status and closing order
This module includes data setup for item Bill of Materials (BOM). Multi-level BOM is supported allow more complex item structure. Item substitute feature a predefine substitute for certain item.
To take a full advantage of our multi-level BOM features, it is recommended to include the shop floor control module.
Shop Floor Control Module: Managing The Flow Of Materials
Shop floor control module allows you to manage and track the progress of manufacturing orders, such as status, processes, and material availability.
It utilizes data from the shop floor to maintain and communicate status information regarding status, operators, materials, work centers, routings, and end operations required to complete the production requests.
Shop floor control is responsible for the detailed management of activities and the flow of materials inside the plant, including:
