Duta Kekar Plasindo has selected forwardHR, an HRIS and Human Capital Management software, and forwardERP, a customizable ERP software by BSC, to support the modernization of the company’s HR and ERP processes.

Duta Kekar Plasindo is a company engaged in manufacturing plastic sacks with a factory location in Asmindo Industrial Estate, Samberembe, Kalijambe, Sragen, Central Java. Duta Kekar Plasindo has an employee range of 1,200-2,000 people. 

Duka Kekar Plasindo prioritizes its people and technology to maintain and increase productivity. These priorities help create an environment that allows its employees to be more productive, which in turn, supports the company to achieve its targets.

At present, the company is planning to improve its ERP to better utilize its internal resources that deal with the operations. As a result, management has decided to implement forwardERP, an integrated ERP system, to support its functions from finance/accounting to inventory management to production.

In addition, the company is planning to improve its human resources management to better utilize its internal resources that deal with people management. As a result, management has decided to implement forwardHR, an integrated HRIS/Human Capital Management system, to support its HR functions.  The system is expected to support the HR operations and strategic functions, including payroll, attendance, performance management and recruitment.

forwardHR and forwardERP have been selected as the system is the most suitable software solution that meets Duta Kekar Plasindo’s current requirements. Leveraging BSC Indonesia’s experience in implementation, the software will be implemented and rolled out in phases to deliver rapid implementation.
